Vinification of the Winzergenossenschaft Achkarren Achkarrer Winzer Spätburgunder Weißherbst Kabinett
This rosé wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Pinot Noir. Only first-class grape material was harvested for this exceptionally elegant single-varietal wine from Winzergenossenschaft Achkarren. In Baden, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of loess and volcanic rock. The grapes for this rosé wine from Germany, after ensuring optimal ripeness, are harvested particularly quickly and at the coolest possible time of day to preserve their aromas. After the manual harvest, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Achkarrer Winzer Spätburgunder Weißherbst Kabinett can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
