More information about Achkarrer Winzer Spätburgunder Rosé trocken - Winzergenossenschaft Achkarren
The Achkarrer Winzer Pinot Noir Rosé from the wine-growing region of Baden presents itself in the glass in bright purple. The first nose of the Achkarrer Winzer Spätburgunder Rosé reveals nuances of lemons, strawberries and raspberries. The fruity aspects of the bouquet are joined by more fruity-balsamic nuances.
The Winzergenossenschaft Achkarren Achkarrer Winzer Pinot Noir Rosé presents itself pleasantly dry to the wine lover. This rosé wine never appears coarse or meager, as one might expect from a wine beyond the 4-euro mark. Balanced and complex, this light rosé wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its present fruit acidity, the Achkarrer Winzer Spätburgunder Rosé presents itself impressively fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Baden finally inspires with good length. Once again, hints of lemon and strawberry appear. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by loess soil and volcanic rock join in.
Vinification of the Achkarrer Winzer Spätburgunder Rosé from Winzergenossenschaft Achkarren
This rosé wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, Pinot Noir. Only the best grapes were harvested for this exceptionally balanced single-varietal wine from Winzergenossenschaft Achkarren. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Baden. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of loess soil and volcanic rock. The grapes for this rosé wine from Germany, after ensuring optimal ripeness, are harvested particularly quickly and preferably in the morning to preserve their freshness. After the harvest, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
