Vinification of the Winzergenossenschaft Achkarren Achkarrer Winzer Sauvignon Blanc
This balanced white wine from Germany is made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Baden. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of loess. When perfectly ripe, the grapes for the Achkarrer Winzer Sauvignon Blanc are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and hardly selective full harvesters. After the harvest, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Achkarrer Winzer Sauvignon Blanc can further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
