This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Müller-Thurgau. For this exceptionally elegant varietal wine from Winzergenossenschaft Achkarren only immaculate grapes were used. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Baden. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of loam and loess. The berries for this white wine from Germany, when perfectly ripe, are harvested particularly quickly and at the coolest possible time of day to preserve their aromatics. After the manual harvest, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off.
