This balanced white wine from Germany is made from the grape variety Müller-Thurgau. In Baden, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of loam and loess. The grapes for this white wine from Germany, after ensuring optimal ripeness, are harvested particularly quickly and preferably in the morning to preserve their aroma. After the manual harvest, the grapes are immediately transferred to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed.
