More information about Abenteurer Cuvée rot trocken - Seebrich
The Seebrich Abenteurer Cuvée red is a first-class red wine in a crystal-clear glass. It offers a wonderfully bright, light red color. Poured into a red wine glass, this red wine from Germany reveals wonderfully expressive aromas of green apple and pear, rounded off by further fruity nuances contributed by the barrel ageing.
On the palate, the Abenteurer Cuvée red from Seebrich opens wonderfully aromatic, fruity and balanced, and despite its dry appearance on the palate, this red wine impresses with its juicy texture and elegantly integrated residual sweetness. The texture of this well-balanced red wine is wonderfully full-bodied on the palate. The Adventurer Cuvée red is impressively fresh and lively on the palate thanks to its present fruit acidity. On the finish, this red wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen finally delights with its beautiful length. Once again, there are hints of pear and green apple.
Vinification of the Seebrich Abenteurer Cuvée red
This balanced red wine from Germany is made from the Merlot and Pinot Noir grape varieties. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in large oak barrels at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation for several months in 2400-liter double oak barrels.
