After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in small wood at controlled temperatures. At the end of this process, the elegant 6er HK Famiglia Zingarelli Chianti Classico Riserva 2015 & 2016 & is aged for several months in oak barriques.
