Vinification of the Loire Propriétés 360° Loire Sauvignon

The basis for the balanced 360° Loire Sauvignon from the Val de Loire are grapes from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the 360° Loire Sauvignon can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.

This French white wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to leek tortilla, chickpea curry or leek soup.
