Balanced and multifaceted, this dense red wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its lively fruit acidity, the 360° Loire Cabernet Franc is exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. Vinification of the Loire Propriétés 360° Loire Cabernet Franc

This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, Cabernet Franc. Only the best grapes were used for this exceptionally balanced varietal wine from Loire Propriétés. After the hand harvest, the grapes are taken to the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off.

Food recommendation for the 360° Loire Cabernet Franc from Loire Propriétés

This French wine is best enjoyed at a temperate 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to leek tortilla, osso buco or cabbage roulades.
